- Information you provide: if you email us, we'll keep the email. We do not collect payment information — ticket purchases happen on the marketplace you're redirected to, not on Tixplorer.

- To operate and improve Tixplorer.

- To attribute ticket purchases to our affiliate partners so they pay us the correct commission.

Who we share information with
We share the minimum information necessary with service providers that help us operate Tixplorer: hosting (Vercel), analytics (Google), and affiliate tracking (Impact). These providers are bound by their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
When you click a ticket link to a marketplace, you leave Tixplorer and become subject to that marketplace's privacy policy.
